A warm welcome to my practice

Within the website text, the words counselling /therapy/ psychotherapy and counsellor /therapist/ psychotherapist are interchangeable.

I am Gillian Graveson, MBACP(Accred), an experienced counsellor providing counselling and supervision at my private practice in Bridge of Weir. I will, though, be retiring at the end of April 2018 and will therefore only be available for short-term work between now and then.

Difficulties I have helped clients with

Issues clients have brought to counselling include:

Alcohol Abuse, Bereavement/Other Losses,Confidence/Self-esteem, Depression, Relationships (partner, family, same sex),Redundancy, Sexuality, Sexual Abuse, Stress/Anxiety, Transitions (leaving home, new baby, mid-life crisis, retirement, etc.), Trauma/PTSD, Work-related issues (redundancy, bullying & harassment, stress).

If you have an issue which you feel does not fit into any of the above categories, please feel free to discuss this with me by 'phone or email.
